Prior to his successful leadership tenures in health care, Roger spent 12 years in enterprise business development and consulting for a major software and hardware manufacturer. Roger also oversaw the rapid growth of a subsidiary drug and alcohol program and a radiology subsidiary, where patient recovery rates rose to well above industry standards, and more recently served as COO of a primary care mobile physicians network. Roger previously served as the COO and co-founder of Integrated Healthcare Alliance, a large San Diego physician group, which he successfully launched from infancy. Currently serving as COO and board member of Broadwell Health (a behavioral health company serving patients in over 20 locations in Southern California) and a founding partner and Director of Fidare Management (healthcare management service organization) both founded in 2015, Roger brings a wealth of health management skills to our team.
